Part-Time Facilitators
At Caveday, we create space for passionate people to shut out the world and learn to work more efficiently. Our company runs regular virtual sessions. As we grow, we’re looking for facilitators to lead our online events called “Caves” and create a space for deep work.
Note: We tend to hire in batches, so if you don’t hear from us right away, it doesn’t mean anything. Please be patient!
Responsibilities
Event facilitation
Hosting groups of 20-100 people in sessions of deep work. Includes leading breaks to re-energize participants (e.g. stretching, breathing, facilitating conversation, etc)
Event prep
You’ll need a quiet space where you’ll be uninterrupted for the duration of the event.
Communications
Communicating event details with participantsNote: You will not be required to come up with your own content, all content and scripts will be provided
Skills and Requirements
Group facilitation experience
Public speaking
Excellent time management
Understanding & awareness of new trends in productivity and personal development
Willingness to continue learning about the future of work
Self-motivated and able to push forward initiatives Compensation
Caveday work sessions last up to 3 hours, you should expect about ~10-15 hours of work per month on weekdays + weekends depending on how many work sessions you’re able to lead

You should be proficient in Zoom and familiar with or use Slack regularly. The others are less of a requirement.
